Wellness Creation is a comprehensive, self-paced online hybrid course designed for individuals who are ready to move beyond simply managing their wellness and begin actively creating it. This course supports you in gaining greater clarity, balance, and personal agency in your overall wellbeing—whether you are navigating stress, rebuilding healthy habits, or seeking a more aligned and meaningful relationship with your health. By approaching wellness as an ongoing and creative process rather than a fixed destination, you’ll learn how to make intentional choices that support your wellbeing in real, everyday life.


Through a holistic and empowering approach, the course helps you understand how your inner world—your thoughts, language, and self-image—directly shapes your behaviors, choices, and lived experiences. You’ll practice practical tools such as affirmations and afformations that you can immediately apply to support mindset shifts, build self-trust, and reinforce consistent action. By exploring wellness through the eight dimensions of wellness model, you’ll develop wellness literacy and awareness, allowing you to recognize how different areas of your life interact and how to strengthen them in sustainable and supportive ways.


What sets Wellness Creation apart is its focus on internal alignment as the foundation for meaningful, lasting change. Rather than offering one-size-fits-all solutions, this course empowers you to define what wellness truly means to you and understand how your current wellbeing is connected to your self-image. After completion of this online portion of the course there is a live 30-minute Q & A with Dr. Wilson via Zoom (To be determined) regarding strategies and practices using the content.

Module 1

Module 1 is the beginning module in our wellness course. This module will help guide participants on their individual wellness journey and empower them through awareness, understanding, application, and practice of identifying the self-image and setting wellness goals.

Module 2

Module 2 assists participants with identifying and considering how their affirmations or positive intentional self-talk impacts their self-image of wellness dimensionally and holistically. We also discuss using afformations or powerful present statements for empowerment and development of the mindset and belief system to provide insight and strategies by unlocking and understanding of why we should embrace the new or desired perspective within ourselves. The Self Determination Theory and Transfer of Learning Theory are used in module 1 and 2 to help participants recognize what motivates them internally and externally, how it affects their determination, and how this information can transfer to other aspects or dimensions of their wellness which impacts wellness holistically. About The Instructor.

Dr. Robert L. Wilson Jr. is a consultant, speaker, coach, and trainer. He has a Doctor of Strategic Leadership Degree with a concentration in Global Consulting from Regent University. He received his Master’s Degree in Sociology from Fayetteville State University and his Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Rowan University. He is also a Certified Professional Life Coach (CPLC), Certified Wellness Coach (CWC), Certified Life Coach (CLC), Certified Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (P-NLP), Certified Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming(M-NLP), Certified Mindfulness Practitioner, Certified Practitioner of Hypnosis, and Certified Hypnotherapist.
