Stress can come from many sources, especially when challenges feel constant or unmanageable. This course supports those who want practical ways to relax, slow down, and regain a sense of balance while learning how stress affects their thoughts, emotions, and daily functioning.

The course helps participants learn how to reduce and manage stress by building awareness and developing relaxation skills that can be used in real-life situations. Rather than forcing change, participants are guided to learn how to allow life to unfold with greater ease while gaining tools to calm the mind and body. Through education, reflection, and skill-building, learners explore strategies and techniques that help reduce stress-based thoughts, emotional pressure, and reactivity.

He received his Master’s Degree in Sociology from Fayetteville State University and his Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Rowan University.
