Organizations can intentionally create a culture where wellness is a priority and a focal point.

This course is to raise awareness around wellness and the impact that it has in the workplace within the organization.

This is a self-paced course to help organizations to think about strategic planning and take inspired action regarding the wellness of the organization and the individuals that make up their organization.

One of the goals of this course it's to help organizations put into words and communicate how to incorporate wellness into the fabric of the organizational culture. 

Strategic planning can assist with intentionally shifting their awareness and focus on wellness and implementing a plan for the organization.  Creating organizational wellness and cultivating a wellness culture can positively impact the results, outcomes, and success of the organization. This conversation and dialogue are critical to organizational success. This course allows leadership, teams, and members within the organization to gain awareness, literacy around wellness, and strategies to take action to create a culture with wellness as a foundational core principle. 

After completion of this online portion of the course there is a live 30-minute Q & A with Dr. Wilson via Zoom (To be determined) regarding strategies and practices using the content.

About The Author

Dr. Robert L. Wilson Jr. is an entrepreneur, author, consultant, speaker, coach, and trainer. He has a Doctor of Strategic Leadership Degree with a concentration in Global Consulting from Regent University. He received his Master’s Degree in Sociology from Fayetteville State University and his Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Rowan University. He is also a Certified Professional Life Coach (CPLC), Certified Wellness Coach (CWC), Certified Life Coach (CLC), Certified Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (P-NLP), Certified Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming(M-NLP), Certified Mindfulness Practitioner, Certified Practitioner of Hypnosis, and Certified Hypnotherapist.
