Building organizational and employee success is no easy feat. It takes time, skills, and intentionality to accomplish it. There is a new challenge that organizations face in the post-pandemic era. How to build organizational and employee success in the remote, virtual, and online space.

Why? Because many were forced into using formats without understanding the challenges and opportunities presented in these three formats. Remote, virtual, and online work should not mean being alone, unsupportive, or ineffective. Virtual training should not be seen as an opportunity to turn your camera off and multi-task. Online training should not be seen as an opportunity to play the video while you’re away from your computer so it can signify that you have completed it.
